Welcome to the Official Website of CSI Kattakada

A parish is the epitome and symbol of Christian love and fellowship. It was the divine will to found this parish in the heart of a small town which is growing rapidly. Our church and the laity could exercise a great influence on all shades of life in the society we live. The present generation strives hard to uphold this heritage and hand it over to the posterity.    

The CSI Parish in Kattakada was established in 1846 by the pioneering missionary Rev. John Cox.  It is one of the biggest parishes in South Kerala Diocese with more than 650 families in its fold. 

    Over the years our Parish has served the society in many meaningful ways and has been a powerful instrument in social and educational development

Dr. Raseeyamoney 

 Dr. (Mrs.) Raseeya Money Passes Away: Dr. (Mrs.) Raseeyamoney (54) passed away on 25.09.2014 at 8.45 PM. The funeral was held on the next day at 9.30. Most. Rev. Dr. J.W. Gladston, former Moderator, CSI officiated the function in the presence of various Presbyters and Vicars.


Dr. (Mrs.) Raseeya Money is survived by Dr. Geoffrey William (husband) Dr. Bijoy Geoffrey, Binoy Geoffrey (both Sons) and Bincy Geoffrey (Daughter).

Dr. (Mrs.) Raseeya Money was serving as the Superintendent,  Govt Ayurvedic College Hospital  Trivandrum. She served as our Church Committee member for two terms, CSI, South Kerala Diocese Council Member and CSI Synod Member. A good organiser and social worker, her services to the society and our parish will be ever remembered and cherished.
CSI kattakada share the grievances of the bereaved family members. May her soul rest in peace.
